Making Pizza at Home: A Tutorial on 'Frugalizing' Pizza

  2. We had home made pizza last night!

    Leftovers make great pizza toppings. Last night we topped ours with ham and roasted asparagus left over from our big family dinner the day after Christmas.
    We've also used left over grilled chicken or pulled pork (w/ BBQ sauce instead of spaghetti sauce) Yum!

    For crust, I use some of what ever bread dough I have in the fridge. I make bread from the "Artisian Bread in 5 min a day" book and love it. I've made pizza with the regular boule dough as well as the light wheat and the olive oil dough. All of them were good, but the olive oil was the best.
