Leftovers ma...We had home made pizza last night! <br /><br />Leftovers make great pizza toppings. Last night we topped ours with ham and roasted asparagus left over from our big family dinner the day after Christmas.<br />We've also used left over grilled chicken or pulled pork (w/ BBQ sauce instead of spaghetti sauce) Yum!<br /><br />For crust, I use some of what ever bread dough I have in the fridge. I make bread from the "Artisian Bread in 5 min a day" book and love it. I've made pizza with the regular boule dough as well as the light wheat and the olive oil dough.
